Job Title: Sr ServiceNow Developer
Location: Remote
Rate: $60-90ph

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer with hands-on expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM) and Field Service Management (FSM) modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development, with at least 7 years of experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and enhance CSM and FSM modules within the ServiceNow platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Customize and configure ServiceNow workflows, scripts, and business rules to optimize functionality.
Implement integrations with other enterprise systems and external applications.
Ensure best practices in development and platform configuration.
Troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance existing ServiceNow CSM and FSM implementations.

Required Qualifications:

7+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
ServiceNow certifications: CIS - CSM and CIS - FSM.
Proficient in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript) and development tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
