Job description

“Shaw Trust promotes team spirit, inclusiveness and it is an organisation where everybody is somebody. I am proud to be part of this great organisation.”

At Shaw Trust we believe everyone has the right to live a decent and dignified life and an opportunity for rewarding work. We are a social purpose organisation challenging inequality and breaking down barriers to enable social mobility.

For us being part of the solution is about creating the conditions for this to happen, advocating and delivering services that make a real difference. Working in partnership not competition, we are part of an eco-system of purpose-led organisations, striving for a fairer, more equal society centred on opportunity for all.

Purpose

With the expansion of our Individual Placement and Support (IPS) services, we are

recruiting an IPS Fidelity Officer to work with the Lead IPS Fidelity Officer. They will

support the teams to improve the quality of our services and prepare and support

teams to undertake external fidelity reviews and internal self-assessments. You will

need to have an expert understanding of Individual Placement and Support, the

fidelity scale and how that interacts with the IPS fidelity manual.

Your role will be responsible in supporting the overall quality of our IPS services.

Working directly with the IPS Service Managers, IPS Team Leaders and IPS

Employment Specialists to ensure our programmes are aligning to the IPS Model

and Fidelity scale as closely as possible.

Your role will also assist the Lead IPS Fidelity Officer on the review of all required

fidelity review evidence for external and internal reviews ensuring we have provided

examples for each of the 25 fidelity points. Your role will then be to support teams in

their improvement plans following the external review and provide guidance to

improve the scores each year.
