Are you ready to be the hero in the fast-paced world of logistics? As a Head of Energy & Automotive Client Relationship Management you will act as the guide and translator of requirements between Kuehne+Nagel and the Quick Group supporting identified development opportunities to drive growth.
Your Role
In this role you will ensure alignment and attainment of short and long-term growth targets. you will responsable to implement, manage and develop profitable business from Kuehne+Nagel customers within Energy and Automotive verticals globally. Continuously review business potential and identify potential business opportunities. You will also develop growth and retention strategies to increase sales penetration and profits.
Your Responsibilities
Create sales strategy for Energy and Automotive sector focused on Quick services
Direct and manage the Kuehne+Nagel client relationship function in Energy and Automotive vertical
Ensure that the needs of Kuehne+Nagel customers are being satisfied consistently and that customer excellence is promoted throughout the organization
Develop, implement and oversee effective customer relationship and market intelligence-sharing interfaces and platforms between Kuehne+Nagel and Quick Group
Support Kuehne+Nagel colleagues to prospect and analyze target sectors and develop new business opportunities for the Quick Group within Energy and Automotive portfolio
Ensure maximum exposure of The Quick Group Services amongst Kuehne+Nagel Sales & Operations teams and target selected prospect customers.
Your Skills And Experiences
Excellent written and verbal communication and negotiation skills in English level C1
Global working experience – at minimum having working experience of at least 1 year in either/both UK / US
Solid experience within a Specialist Courier organization to a supervisory / manager level
Management (general) training and Qualification
