Your Role
Your primary objective will be to implement our objectives by designing, influencing, coaching + facilitating talent development initiatives to support the business through both change + growth. The job holder needs to develop + deliver across their respective area of scope.
Your Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive L&D programs that align with organizational goals.
Design and deliver engaging training sessions in English for diverse employee groups.
Create and update training materials, ensuring they are relevant and effective.
Utilize data-driven methods to assess training needs and measure the effectiveness of L&D initiatives.
Collaborate with HR and other departments to identify skill gaps and develop targeted training solutions.
Monitor and evaluate the impact of training programs, making adjustments as necessary.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in L&D and HR.
Provide coaching and support to employees to enhance their professional development.
Your Skills And Experiences
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years focused on Learning and Development.
Proficient in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Certification in L&D or HR - Certified People Development Professional (CPDP) is a plus.
