Who are we looking for?

Currently, for our client in the fintech industry, we are looking for a key role: Expert in Asset & Configuration Management . If you have experience with ServiceNow, CMDB, ITSM, and IT process automation, this could be a great opportunity for you

As a Configuration Management Expert, you will support the implementation and management of IT asset and configuration processes within the European Home Credit business. Your key responsibility is to ensure that all IT systems, software, and hardware components are properly identified, documented, and maintained across their lifecycle.

This role involves assisting the Programme Manager in the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) project implementation, providing analysis and operational support, gathering requirements, supporting business case creation, and coordinating project tasks to enable successful technical implementation.

Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining and governing IT asset and configuration management processes post-implementation to ensure compliance with EU regulatory standards.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in IT, preferably in configuration management or IT service management.
Experience supporting CMDB implementations and IT asset management initiatives.
Hands-on experience with ITSM tools, particularly ServiceNow.
Knowledge of enterprise IT environments, including networks, servers, databases, and storage solutions.
Familiarity with ITIL v4 framework (certification preferred).
Experience working with matrixed teams in multi-vendor environments.
