Job description

Nature of the tasks

  • Procurement/provision/delivery/maintenance, deployment/ hosting/effective use of information systems and their environments;
  • Provision of quality plans/service level agreements/quality control and evaluation/quality assessments or other quality matters associated with information systems projects;
  • Functional requirements and business process modelling and analysis;
  • Management of quality tests;
  • Assistance in the implementation of project management methodology
  • Provision of security studies, security assessments or other security matters associated with information system projects;
  • Elaboration of Enterprise Architecture;
  • Elaboration of vision documents;
  • Advanced risk analysis;
  • Provision of technical studies, technical expertise, technical evaluations in relation with information systems.

Knowledge And Skills

  • In depth knowledge of information systems matters.
  • In depth knowledge in IT specific contract scope-related matters.
  • Being an expert in at least one of the domains specified in the nature of tasks (e.g. project relevant niche technology).
  • Strong capacity in preparing and writing studies. Strong capacity to give high level presentations. Ability to apply high quality procedures.
  • Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings, excellent communicator. Capability of working in an international/ multicultural environment.
  • Ability to work in a team.

Education And Experience

  • Minimum 15 years of relevant studies and/or experience after the secondary school.
  • Minimum 10 years of IT professional experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of practical experience in the study domain (e.g. quality, security, requirement analysis, enterprise architecture, technical domain).
  • Minimum 2 years of practical experience with quality procedures.
