Supply Officer Specialist with German

Key responsibilities:

- Work on activities related to supply chain process

- Stock level management in SAP system: stock optimization

- Manual PO Placement

- Communication with the Production to give visibility on deliveries

- Missing parts management & Dispute Management

- SAP parameter setting for optimization

- Identify risks and set up action by anticipation

- Interact directly with Suppliers for day-to-day work

- Interact closely with Front Officer/focal points for any clarifications, complex work, and updates

- Effective communication and maintaining professional relations with customers, suppliers and co-workers

- Provide weekly operational reports

- Document process documentation and standard methodologies

- Facilitate and/or participate in team and customer meetings

Requirements:

- English & German language level on at least B2 (to be used orally (20%) and in written form (80%)

- At least 2-3 years of experience in Supply Chain or Customer Service in corporate environment (experience in manufacturing companies will be an asset)

- At least bachelor’s degree

- Customer orientation and proactive approach

- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills

- SAP knowledge nice to have

- Team player
