Program Manager

Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. As a Program Manager, you will be part of a dynamic group supporting various projects and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a detail-oriented mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

100% Remote, 18 month contract

Pay Range: $65/hour

What's the Job?

• Oversee the management of vendors from a resourcing standpoint, ensuring effective collaboration and optimal resource utilization.
• Handle staffing vendors, managing the allocation and coordination of resources to meet project needs and organizational goals.
• Develop and implement workforce and capacity planning strategies for data centers, ensuring efficient operations and scalability.
• Demonstrate the ability to stabilize chaotic situations and streamline processes to enhance productivity.
• Operate in a fast-paced environment, ensuring smooth operations and efficient processes.

• Proven experience in vendor management, with a focus on resourcing.
• Strong resource management skills, including dealing with staffing vendors.
• Hands-on experience with data center workforce and capacity planning.
