Job description

Crawford Group (www.crawfordgroup.com) is seeking a highly skilled and certified Workfront Admin to join our Managed Services team and support day-to-day administration as well as the expansion and optimization of Workfront on assignment for our customer's marketing operations and learning operations teams. This role involves working closely with our Workfront Managed Services Lead to ensure a seamless Workfront platform experience by executing configuration of solution designs, preforming UAT as needed, and providing training and user support.

Responsibilities:

  • Managed Services - Platform Execution
  • Provide Workfront configuration support for the optimization of current use cases and enablement of new use cases for global teams
  • Configure platform components including project templates, approval processes, teams, milestone paths, request queues, fields, custom forms, etc.
  • Develop standard and complex reporting, using text mode where applicable
  • Create and maintain process and system documentation to ensure users understand how to use Workfront in relation to their role and responsibilities
  • Provide support for user enablement including setup of user accounts, conduct onboarding and training sessions
  • Participate in discovery sessions as needed
  • Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Provide users guidance to enhance their day-to-day experience with Workfront


Requirements:

  • Certifications: Adobe Workfront Core Developer Professional - AD0-908 required, PMP preferred
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience as Workfront admin with mid-large-scale company. Experience with Planning module, Agile practices, resource and capacity planning, or integrations a plus
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of Workfront configuration best practices, calculations and text-mode a plus
  • Project Management: Excellent organizational, time management, and project coordination skills
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience in user enablement
