Job description

Customer Service Representative

100% Remote - MUST provide own equipment (Non-compliant with Macbook, Chromebook or Lenex)

Part Time - Evening Shift

Pay: $20/hr

Start Dates: March 14th and March 21st

Schedule: Mon-Thurs 6pm-11pm EST, Saturday 12pm-6pm EST

Description

  • National Campaigns Unit provides shareholder communications for public companies on behalf of internal clients.
  • Shareholder communications includes inbound, outbound, and email response
  • The job is to direct shareholders to where they can vote on Board of Directors moving forward.
  • Getting the message out that management has their best interest in mind.

Must Have

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • HS Diploma or GED required
  • 6 months+ years of customer service, data entry, etc. experience
  • Good speaking voice
  • Ability to read and correct grammar/English speaking


Equipment Requirements

  • Windows (10 or 11) – No Lenex, Chrome, MAC, etc.
  • Headsets – need USB headsets (no wireless)
  • Dual monitors will be benefited, but not required
  • Ability to come off mute when called on (unacceptable not to participate), materials open and are on the current example that is being shared, and participating in the chat when asked to complete a task
  • Internet Speed: 50 download/ 10 upload

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
