Job description

Role Pitch CloudPay is looking for an experienced French Implementation Specialist to join our fast-growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the operational processing of the French implementation payrolls alongside existing CloudPay resources.

Key Responsibilities Daily Duties and Main Responsibilities will include:

  • Implementation of an in-house payroll platform with assistance from all relevant CloudPay departments
  • Ability to reconcile pre-processing reports to ensure the accuracy of information before processing payroll
  • Research discrepancies in payroll information and / or documentation to ensure accuracy and adherence to procedures before processing
  • Maintain payroll information, files and records to provide up-to-date reference and audit trail for compliance
  • Analyze payroll-related information to ensure accurate distribution of funds and payroll
  • Data input in line with French legislation
  • Assist in the validation of payroll requirements to ensure that sufficient information is provided by the client to enable set-up and configuration to be completed successfully
  • Partner with Transition Consultants to ensure successful knowledge transfers are completed between Project Delivery and Operations
  • Support any parallel runs if testing if needed on a new re

Description Attributes and Experience Required:

  • Excellent communication skills in English and French are essential
  • Expert level of knowledge of local legal requirements, statutory forms and reporting
  • Business software experience required: Excel, Word, Email Apps, Google Apps
  • Proven experience in the implementation of payroll processing with Payroll Software
  • Knowledge of Cegedim TeamsRH software
  • Knowledge of the direct management of the entire payroll process in France and international payroll experience
  • Experience in implementation processes, software changes, and new customer management
  • Team player with the ability to share information and interact positively with others
