We have partnered with our client in their search for a Tax Analyst

Responsibilities

Input and review of tax documents into SurePrep/CCH Axcess for individual and fiduciary taxpayers.
Provide assistance as requested by management or team leaders.
Using applicable federal, state and local tax law to determine taxable income and deductions Review tax documents and tax return for accuracy before completing the return Review completed returns to detect possible errors Possess effective verbal and written communication skills Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm's respectful and courteous work environment.

Skills Required

Possess excellent organizational, research and communication skills.
*** CCH and SurePrep knowledge (must have)
Possess proficiency with Microsoft Excel and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
Maintains flexibility by adapting effectively when dealing with different tasks, responsibilities, people and environments Experience preparing fiduciary and/or individual tax forms in a professional services firm preferred Experience with automated tax return preparation software and MS Office applications Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to perform responsibilities with little supervision and the ability to independently manage assigned account load and a team player Minimum of one year of recent tax experience preferred
