Job Description
The Corporate Paralegal is primarily responsible for managing and maintaining corporate records and business licenses. The Corporate Paralegal works collaboratively with internal stakeholders on a wide variety of corporate, commercial, and other legal issues.
Responsibilities
Provide corporate governance support and serve as primary organizer and administrator of corporate records; assist with filing annual reports and other corporate documents for the company and its subsidiaries.
Assist with managing corporate document repositories, contract management system, and other information repositories to promote efficiency and centralize key templates, policies, processes, memos, etc.
Maintain corporate/legal database, familiarity with Diligent, p.k.a, Blueprint a strong plus.
Prepare and submit FEIN applications via mail and
Manage vendors including external agents such as CSC and state filings.
Manage relationships with outside consultants
Assist with other company-wide strategic matters and corporate projects as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
10+ years of experience as a transactional paralegal, legal administrator or similar corporate in-house experience.
Scrupulous attention to detail and impeccable organizational skills.
ABA approved paralegal course of study or Paralegal Certification preferred.
The ability to prioritize multiple, sometimes competing, projects while being thorough, exercising sound judgment and managing expectations.
Client service focused with strong people skills and the ability to gain trust and confidence with colleagues at all levels.
Ability to independently engage in strategic thinking and finding creative solutions.
Highest standards of ethics and professional integrity.
Remote Notary license preferred
Position is remote with PST hours

65.00 USD
Salary range represents the compensation Korn Ferry expects to pay to a candidate with the requirements for the job posted. Korn Ferry offers competitive compensation and benefits commensurate with experience.
