About the Role:
We are looking for a Process & Training Visual Designer to help map out project workflows for each service and assist in creating a structured training process for managers. This role will also support in updating and improving training guides for dispatching staff. The ideal candidate is highly visual, detail-oriented, and skilled in process documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create visual process flows for different services to enhance clarity and training
- Work closely with leadership to develop structured training materials for manager training programs
- Assist in updating and refining training guides for dispatch staff to improve efficiency
- Collaborate with operations and training teams to ensure all documentation aligns with current workflows
- Utilize graphic design tools, flowchart software, or training platforms to create easy-to-follow visuals
Requirements:
- Comfortable using time tracker tools like Time Doctor
- Highly motivated and organized
- Fluent in English - excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficient on a computer and in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- High-quality noise-canceling headset
- High-speed internet (50+ Mbps) with backup internet
- High-speed computer with a working webcam also must have a backup computer
- A quiet working environment free of outside noise (cars, animals, others working)
