This position is in the Demand Generation function within CGI's Marketing Group. The role will report to the Senior Manager, Web & Mobile Experiences. This role will (i) Support the execution of mobile marketing campaigns across several audience segments, including hands-on responsibility for elements of campaign setup (QA) and execution, supporting the planning, and optimizing of mobile activities as well as user experience, (ii) Maintain the mobile campaign calendar, including recommending and adjusting for planned and unplanned business needs, and, (iii) Publish mobile campaign content to the timeline set, along with applying targeting segmentation and analytics tracking to ensure content is supportive of a best-in-class user experience and measurable. This role requires a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or relevant field and 3+ years of experience in Marketing including traditional and digital campaign management.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support execution of digital and mobile marketing campaigns to drive both brand and business results.

  • Maintain the online mobile marketing calendar in Monday.com, including recommending and adjusting for planned and unplanned business needs.

  • Publish mobile campaign content in Firebase Remote Config OR Optimizely in a timely manner, (with the proper segmentation and tracking) to ensure content is reachable and relevant to customers and stakeholders.

  • Manage the setup and maintenance of mobile product promotions within Hybris to deliver the best experience to customers and value to Chamberlain Group.

  • Support the creation of programs to generate product sales and subscription adoption at scale across several audience segments.

  • Assist with the management of day-to-day requests tied to the campaign lifecycle, including changes or updates to information. Maintain accuracy and consistency of all campaign assets.

  • Proactively monitor mobile campaign results, analyze key metrics and recommends how to best optimize; provide improvements recommendations based on data and insights.

  • Participate in the creation, execution, and measurement of mobile tests within Firebase Remote Config or Optimizely.

  • Serve as a back-up resource for deployment of all digital promotions through Hybris.

  • Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules; managers should also ensure compliance across their teams.

  • Protect Chamberlain Group’s reputation by keeping information confidential.

  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reading professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.

  • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results and participating on projects as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Digital Technology or related field

  • 3+ years of Marketing experience with emphasis on Digital Marketing for Apps

  • Highly proficient with Firebase Remote Config, Hybris, Microsoft Office (Word & PowerPoint), Monday.com and Workfront

  • Ability to work in a peer-buddy test-and-deploy team with a very low error margin

  • Highly collaborative and responsive to changing business priorities

  • Ability to travel up to 10%

  • Preferred: Optimizely or Testing Tools

The pay range for this position is $61,000 - $98,500; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.  In addition to base pay, also offered is a comprehensive benefits package and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).  This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
