Job description

We are currently looking for a talented Sr. Manager, Salesforce Applications to lead our Salesforce ecosystem and spearhead our CRM strategy. The Sr. Manager, Salesforce Applications will operate in a dynamic environment alongside a highly skilled and motivated team. This role involves overseeing Production Support and executing projects aimed at enhancing the efficiency of the Jacuzzi Salesforce Organization, particularly within the Bath division. At Jacuzzi, the Salesforce ecosystem encompasses Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

Salesforce Administration and Support

  • Manage, configure, and provide support for Salesforce applications to meet the needs of various departments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce functionalities and integrations.
  • Regularly review and optimize Salesforce performance to enhance efficiency for end-users.

Strategic Planning and Development

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement Salesforce strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of solutions within the Salesforce platform.
  • Develop and maintain integration strategies with other applications to streamline processes.

Project Management

  • Oversee all aspects of Salesforce-related projects, from requirements gathering to implementation and follow-up support.
  • Establish project plans, manage timelines, and allocate resources effectively.
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing, trainings, and documentation for system changes.

User Training and Adoption

  • Develop user training sessions to ensure effective usage and adoption of Salesforce applications across the organization.
  • Create and maintain user documentation, guides, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Salesforce application management, including administration and development.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce products, functionalities, and best practices.
  • Strong project management experience
  • Advanced Administrator Salesforce Certification is required
  • Familiarity with Salesforce integrations and data management solutions.
  • Proven project management experience, preferably in CRM implementations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Developer, Architect) are highly desirable.
  • Experience in training and supporting end-users.
  • Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
  • The IDEAL candidate will live in the Atlanta, GA area.

Compensation is based on experience; $140,000+ and bonus potential
