Compensation: $65,000 - $80,000
Active peer certification or Master's degree (Certified Peer Support Specialist, LCSW or LMFT)

Job Summary:
The Workit Team is seeking a Regional Manager for the Behavioral Health Team (BH). The Behavioral Health Regional Manager leads a regional team of certified and licensed Behavioral Health staff (Recovery Counselors & Behavioral Health Care Specialists) who deliver clinical care via Shared Medical Appointments (SMA’s) and support groups. All BH Leadership have dedicated clinical time in which they facilitate Shared Medical Appointments and deliver group-based care.
The successful candidate will use best practices and benchmarks to ensure the team is meeting or exceeding quality standards and departmental goals. This role is for someone with a behavioral health background, and for those with 1-2 years experience in people management within a clinical setting.
Core Responsibilities:
Lead the day-to-day operations of regional staff including but not limited to:
Managing staff work assignments
Leading team huddles and departmental meetings when needed
Hiring, training, and managing staff performance
Ensuring team compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Owning template cycles and PTO
Identifies areas for improvement and generates solutions for OFI’s.
Ensuring regional coverage of SMA’s and support groups.
Updating and maintaining training materials, and writing/revising job aids that comply with company policies and clinical guidelines.
Defining short and long-term team goals that align with company objectives.
Facilitation of Shared Medical Appointments & groups with Workit Health members.
Fluent in Motivational Interviewing, CBT or MET utilized during the clinical portion role.
Creating and promoting a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and engagement.
Clinical/Administrative time determined on count of staff in the region.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
1-2 years of direct management experience (< 4 years of management experience)
1-2 years of supervisory experience
Active peer certification or MH license (Certified Peer Support Specialist, LCSW)
If applying with LCSW - must have independent state licensure for WA, CA, or OR
Demonstrated track record of meeting organizational goals and developing process improvement plans
Ability to manage data, report on metrics, and present to staff and leadership
Fluency with SUD
