Sales Specialist Digital Air Cargo Booking Platform

Locations: Chicago, IL / Los Angeles, CA / New York, New York
Compensation: $80K base + Incentive Bonus (~10% of sales contribution) + Medical, Vision, Dental - and Uncapped Commissions
Work Environment: Remote + Field Sales

What will you do?

  • Drive new customer acquisition Focus on IATA, IAC (Non-IATA), and Non-IAC forwarders in major U.S. cities, including New York, Chicago, Atlanta, Houston, and Los Angeles.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline Conduct high-volume outreach, cold calls, and close deals.
  • Expand your network Attend industry events, meet prospects, and grow your book of business.
  • Maintain customer relationships Ensure a seamless sales experience through proactive communication.
  • Collaborate with teams Work closely with sales and operations to meet revenue goals.

What will you need?

  • 4-6 years of air cargo sales experience, with a strong focus on new business acquisition.
  • Industry knowledge Familiarity with IATA, IAC, and Non-IAC forwarders in the U.S. market.
  • Self-motivated approach Ability to work independently in a remote and field sales environment.
  • Strong sales drive Comfortable with high-volume outreach and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication skills Ability to engage and retain customers.
  • Existing book of business is a plus, but not required.
