OVERVIEW AND ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

The Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing insights to support project management and decision-making processes. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of data analysis within the healthcare software industry.

• Conduct thorough analysis of data related to project management and healthcare
  software
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document data requirements specific
  to project management
• Develop and present detailed data reports, dashboards, and visualizations to drive
  operational excellence
• Work closely with IT and development teams to ensure accurate data collection and
  analysis
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of data-driven solutions and make
  necessary adjustments
• Prepare and deliver reports, presentations, and documentation to stakeholders.
• Provide ongoing support and training to users on data analysis tools and processes
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a
  related field
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role within the healthcare
  software industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Master's degree in Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience with project management methodologies
• PMP certification
• Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques.
• Lucidchart experience
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a tech and healthcare
  environment
