At 3Pillar Global, we specialize in building impactful software products that power digital businesses. We are looking for a talented Senior QA Automation Engineer who will not only write code but also deliver exceptional product capabilities for our clients. Your contributions will play a pivotal role in achieving our passion for client success, solidifying our position as a leading product development services company.

Key Responsibilities:

Building automation frameworks that are not just efficient, but also performant, scalable, secure, and of the highest quality.

Providing accurate status tracking, reporting, and estimation using project methods and tools.

Gather requirements, validate their understanding amongst the team, and create and maintain relevant documentation.

Executing activities within the current methodology and upholding the highest quality standards.

Fostering collaboration with fellow engineers, designers, and managers to comprehend user pain points and iterate on solutions that drive client success.

Taking ownership of projects, from technical design to a successful launch.

Minimum Qualifications:

Demonstrated expertise with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in at least one of the specified technologies: Python (primary), Javascript/Typescript, Playwright

Advanced CI/CD (Github actions)

Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.

Beginner to intermediate level with relational databases and SQL.

Experience with data projects. Especially assuring the quality of data via automation.

Experience in building automation frameworks from scratch.

Flexible in changing to or learning new tech stack when needed.

Beginner to intermediate-level AWS Cloud services.

Additional Experience Desired:

Knowledge of source control tools.

Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Data projects experience.

Python and Pytest programming experience.
