Corra is looking for a Client Partner (CP) who is responsible for leading and growing a portfolio of enterprise accounts with set revenue, profitability and client satisfaction targets. This individual serves as a trusted advisor, driving digital commerce transformation by aligning the client's business goals with technology and service capabilities. They work cross-functionally with delivery, sales, alliances, and marketing teams to ensure client success, revenue growth, and long-term partnership sustainability. The CP manages their portfolio with a holistic perspective, understanding that growing accounts is the result of an inspired team delivering exceptional work to a client who is happy with the overall client experience and recognizes unique and incremental business value in Corra’s services to their business. The CP possesses strong business acumen, the curiosity required to understand our clients’ businesses, the innate desire to solve problems and the ability to leverage all agency capabilities to address our clients’ challenges. 

Responsibilities 

  • Portfolio: 10M+ across enterprise level accounts 

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain deep, strategic relationships with enterprise clients, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.  

  • Revenue Growth & Retention: Own the commercial success of assigned accounts, driving renewals, upsells, and expansion of services while maintaining strong retention metrics. 

  • Digital Commerce Strategy Alignment: Partner with clients to understand their business objectives, pain points, and digital transformation needs, aligning agency capabilities to provide value-driven solutions. 

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with delivery, alliances, marketing, and commercial leadership teams to drive client success and account expansion. 

  • Performance Management: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for client engagements, ensuring projects meet business objectives, timelines, and budgets. 

  • Contract & Commercial Negotiation: Lead contract discussions, pricing strategies, and statements of work (SOWs) to drive favorable outcomes for both the agency and the client. 

  • Industry & Competitive Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to provide insights and thought leadership to clients. 

Qualifications & Experience 

  • Experience: 8+ years in enterprise client management, strategic account leadership, or consulting, preferably within an ecommerce SI, digital agency, or technology solutions provider. 

  • ecommerce Expertise: Deep understanding of digital commerce platforms (e.g., Adobe Commerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify, commercetools, BigCommerce, SAP Commerce), digital transformation, and omnichannel commerce trends. 

  • Strategic Sales & Negotiation: Proven track record of managing complex enterprise deals, including renewals, expansions, and consultative selling. 

  • Executive Presence: Ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders and senior decision-makers within enterprise organizations. 

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working with technical delivery, alliances, and marketing teams to drive successful client engagements. 

  • Metrics & KPI Focus: Strong analytical skills with the ability to track account performance, revenue growth, and client satisfaction metrics. 

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent business/technology experience preferred

Potential Salary Range: $125,000-$170,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location
