Key Responsibilities :

1.Social Media Marketing

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to grow brand presence and engagement across platforms   (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.). 
  • Create, schedule, and manage compelling content that aligns with xLongevity’s brand identity and resonates with our target audience. 
  •  Monitor social media analytics to track performance, optimize campaigns, and deliver actionable insights. 

2 .Content Marketing

  •  Plan, write, and edit high-quality content for blogs, newsletters, website updates, and other digital assets. 
  •  Collaborate with the team to produce long-form and short-form content aligned with the company’s positioning as a leader in wellness innovation. 
  •  Work closely with designers and videographers to create multimedia content (videos, infographics, etc.). 

 3. Influencer Marketing

  •  Identify and engage with relevant influencers, wellness advocates, and thought leaders to build authentic brand collaborations. 
  •  Manage relationships with influencers, ensuring successful campaigns from negotiation to reporting outcomes. 
  •  Track influencer performance metrics and optimize partnerships based on ROI and engagement. 

Campaign Management

  •  Execute integrated marketing campaigns, combining organic and paid strategies to achieve business objectives. 
  •  Analyze campaign performance and report on key KPIs, suggesting improvements for future initiatives. 

 Industry Research & Trend Analysis

  •  Stay updated on wellness, longevity, and digital marketing trends to infuse innovation into strategies. 
  •  Provide competitive analysis and insights to inform marketing tactics. 

Domain: Health and Wellness
Qualifications :

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 
  •  3–5 years of experience in social media, content marketing, or influencer marketing 
  • roles, preferably in the wellness, lifestyle, or health industry. 
  • Proven ability to create engaging content and manage campaigns that drive measurable results. 
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and influencer ecosystems. 
  •  Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. 
  • Previous work experience with a consumer health and wellness company
