The Contract Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with the recruitment process, including occasionally sourcing candidates, managing job boards, scheduling interviews, updating the recruiting wiki, and supporting our employee referral program. The Recruitment Coordinator will also be tasked with coordinating and conducting recruitment surveys, and reference checks, as well as assisting with various recruitment projects.

COMPENSATION
This is a contract role paying $28 per hour. This is a contract (1099) position, meaning you will be responsible for withholding your own taxes. As an independent contractor, you will be required to sign a contract agreement and pass a background check and drug screen before starting work. Payment will be issued on a Net 15 basis, meaning you will receive payment 15 days after submitting an approved invoice. Please ensure you are comfortable with these terms before proceeding with the application.

LOCATION - (Remote), Eastern Time Zone Preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment administrative tasks such as interview scheduling, candidate communications, and offer letter preparation. 
  • Occasionally help source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks). 
  • Assist in the creation and dissemination of recruitment surveys, as well as analyze data to gain insights into our recruitment processes. 
  • Actively manage job postings on various job boards, ensuring postings are up-to-date and represent our company effectively. Strategize job board effectiveness and budget allotment with Senior Recruitment Manager weekly.  
  • Support the referral program by promoting it within the organization, tracking referrals, and ensuring seamless communication with referred candidates. 
  • Provide administrative support for various recruitment project including employer branding and working closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver project objectives. 
  • Maintain candidate databases in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS). 
  • Ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures, as well as relevant employment laws. 
  • Uphold recruitment Service Level Agreements (SLA) to deliver high quality customer service to internal stakeholders. 
  • Other duties assigned as needed for the department. 

  • REQUIREMENTS
  • MUST HAVE
  • 4+ years previous experience in recruiting coordinator role.
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs), and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs). 
  • Experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills via phone and video meetings. 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. 
  • Knowledge of labor legislation, particularly relating to the hiring process. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. 
  • NICE TO HAVE
  • Degree in Human Resources, Marketing, a related field preferred. 
  • Experienced in Greenhouse ATS.
