Job Summary:

This position independently manages the logistics, production, and successful execution of a variety of digital medical
education events, including live webinars, full and half day live streams, and hybrid conferences and symposiums.
Job Responsibilities include the following, other duties and responsibilities may be assigned:
• Laise with internal and external stake holders throughout the life cycle of the event
• Attend kick-off and status calls to gather information on objectives, format, technical requirements, and
required platform features.
• Identify and recommend virtual meeting formats and features to achieve desired meeting output.
• Develop the detailed run of show outlining the agenda and timing.
• Configure digital platform, to include polling, resource center, breakout rooms, faculty lower thirds, and
incorporating brand guidelines including logos and brand colors.
• If required, provide platform layout screenshots for client med/legal review.
• Consolidate and collect virtual event content and assets.
• Coordinate with third party production vendors and oversee the custom build and design of their platform.
• Conduct pre-event platform testing to ensure all features are configured properly.
• Manage faculty scheduling and calendar invitations, provide platform access links, slide review scheduling, and
payment processing communication.
• Organize and run technical rehearsals to acclimate presenters with the platform and its features, ensure all
equipment is tested and functioning properly, and address any concerns.
• Manage and orchestrate day of virtual event production and technical support.
• Welcome presenting faculty in the virtual green room, test their audio and video connections, ensure they are
comfortable with the platform presenting features.
• Manage presentation of content and poll launching
• Provide technical support and connectivity assistance for attendees.
• Rapidly troubleshoot platform issues as they arise.
• Track participant attendance and engagement during sessions to provide feedback to the internal team.
• Coordinate assets and data for post event reporting
• Provides thoughtful strategic event recommendations and optimizations based on event performance and
previous experience.
• Responsible for professionally representing CEA in an externally facing role to both Clients, faculty, and
healthcare professionals in a polished and flexible manner.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Experience: 2-4 years digital meeting planning and execution
• Experience creating and managing programs on virtual platforms. Zoom experience required.
• Experience in digital medical education events or pharmaceutical meetings preferred.
• Must be extremely organized, possess superior attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and well-developed interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
• Successful performance in a cross-functional team environment with natural affinity for working collaboratively
across teams, cultures, and experience levels.
• Ability to work well under pressure.

• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new technology platforms.
• Ability to work non-traditional hours such as early mornings, evenings, and weekends up to 30%
• Position is remote, proven ability to work from home is a plus.
