About the role

This is a newly created role for a Finance Operations & FP&A Specialist, combining key finance operations with financial planning and analysis responsibilities. It supports business growth through optimising financial processes, tools, accurate reporting, and insightful analysis.

Responsibilities

Finance Operations

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency within the finance team
Optimize financial systems and tools to streamline finance operations
Collaborate with the finance team to develop financial models, reports, and visual dashboards aligned with business needs
Calculate and report on various bonus schemesÂ
Prepare consolidated financial statements
Assist in maintaining banking relationships and respective KYC requirements
Assisting with external audit processes and regulatory compliance requirements
Handle additional finance-related tasks as assigned.

Financial Planning & Analysis

Maintain financial models and reports to support business planning
Collaborate with other departments to prepare budgets and forecasts
Analyse financial performance and provide insights

Requirements

Bachelorâs degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (orÂ equivalent certification)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance operations, financial analysis, or related roles
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics)
Strong proficiency in financial modelling and analysis
Knowledge of business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Microsoft Fabric is a plus
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams
