Job description

This is a remote position.

CyberArk Lead

·         Hands-on experience in defining, planning, designing and deploying the CyberArk Privilege Cloud PAM Solution in a HA/cluster mode across IT and OT environments

·         Working experience on high level and low level CyberArk Privilege Cloud design and architecture

·         Determine the deployment scale and architect the solution platform with consideration for the number of the suite components and also the high availability considerations.

·         Good hands-on experience on CyberArk DnA tool and its configurations and recommending enhancements based on the output analysis

·         Experiences as a customer SPOC for PAM project, ensuring on-time and quality deliverables

·         Co-ordination between various upstream and downstream components involved in a PAM project

·         Onboarding of multiple Privilege accounts across the organization, UNIX and Windows Servers Onboarding as per customer process

·         Core experience on integration/review/configurations of connectors for CPM and PSM for applications like FortiManager, Fortigate FW, Cisco ISE Web Interface, Cisco ISE CLI, Azure AD, VMWare vSphere and ServiceNow

·         Review and interpret the results generated from the DNA tool or discovery process.

·         Identify patterns, potential risks, unused accounts, and anomalies, and document key findings to inform next steps or remediation plans.

·         Establish and configure the Privileged Cloud settings for CPM to ensure appropriate account management and automation.

·         Establish and configure the Privileged Cloud settings for PSM to enable secure session monitoring and control.

·         Review and finalize the detailed infrastructure design documentation to reflect any changes made during the integration process.

·         Review the infrastructure design documentation to accurately reflect changes and updates made during the completed processes, ensuring it aligns with the implemented architecture.

·         Gap analysis of existing CyberArk PAM implementations

·         Engaging correct stakeholders, obtaining necessary approvals for Production rollout and representing changes at TAG/CAB and other required forums.

·         Creation and customizing connectors for password management which includes Unix, Windows, AD and Database accounts.

·         Experience in hand-over implemented PAM project to customer

·         Lead progress review meetings for customer to present updates, discuss challenges, and outline next steps to ensure alignment and accountability

CyberArk SME:

·         Hands-on experience in defining, planning, and deploying the CyberArk Privilege Cloud PAM Solution in a HA/cluster mode across IT and OT environments

·         Good hands-on experience on CyberArk DnA tool and its configurations and recommending enhancements based on the output analysis

·         Configuring Account Discovery for Account onboarding

·         Onboarding of multiple Privilege accounts across the organization, UNIX and Windows Servers Onboarding as per customer process

·         Core experience on integration/review/configurations of connectors for CPM and PSM for applications like FortiManager, Fortigate FW, Cisco ISE Web Interface, Cisco ISE CLI, Azure AD, VMWare vSphere and ServiceNow

·         Establish and Maintain Discovery Rules: Configure and implement ongoing account discovery rules to continuously identify privileged accounts.

·         Set up periodic discovery schedules to ensure regular updates and accurate inventory of all accounts.

·         Setup, Configure and Execute the DNA Tool to analyse and assess Corporate and SCADA  Accounts

·         Ensure proper configuration and run the tool to identify risks, unused accounts, and potential security gaps within the corporate environment.

·         Analyse Discovery Results: Review and interpret the results generated from the DNA tool or discovery process.

·         Identify patterns, potential risks, unused accounts, and anomalies, and document key findings to inform next steps or remediation plans.

·         Set up personal/shared safes in CyberArk, define their purpose, add members, and manage their permissions initially, to ensure secure and appropriate access.

·         Assign Users to Personal Safes (CyberArk-Managed): Onboard users to personal safes directly within CyberArk, ensuring their permissions align with their roles and responsibilities

·         Facilitate user onboarding during live sessions by setting up Alero App (offline access), configuring MFA, and sending platform invitations for IT and OT users, as required.

·         Installation, verification and testing the CyberArk CPM and PSM plugin to confirm proper configuration and performance.

·         Establish and configure the Privileged Cloud settings for CPM to ensure appropriate account management and automation.

·         Establish and configure the Privileged Cloud settings for PSM to enable secure session monitoring and control.

·         Log, track, and resolve defects identified during testing phases to ensure a stable and functional integration.

·         Revise and finalize the detailed infrastructure design documentation to reflect any changes made during the integration process.

·         Update the support model to include guidelines on how to support new features such as DNA.

·         Providing level of access to privilege group to access safe and accounts.

·         Creation of new policies for password manager to manage the accounts.

·         Creation and customizing connectors for password management which includes Unix, Windows, AD and Database accounts.

·         Troubleshooting PAM issues like authentication, access etc.

·         Experience in hand-over implemented PAM project to customer
