Job description

This is project is for 6 months (min). This will be a hybrid set up (3 days in the office).

What you’ll do 

 

  • Generate original ideas, concepts, and designs for creative assets, including print, digital, and video, from inception to delivery. 
  • Develop comprehensive creative briefs based on ideas from brainstorming sessions, with direction, schedules, and deliverables for the creative team aligning with client and business goals. 
  • Oversee design changes and improvements throughout the development process, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables. 
  • Must Possess excellent design creativity, flair and positive attitude with a first-class eye for design details. 
  • Stay updated on industry trends, integrating innovative technical and visual solutions into design projects.  
  • Present creative concepts and visualizations through sketches, drawings, and detailed illustrations. 
  • Work collaboratively with other designers to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception and user-experience. 
  • Translate client business requirements, user needs, technical requirements into designs that are visually enticing, easy to use, and emotionally engaging. 
  • Should be able to produce results in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Ability to produce as an individual or as a part of a team as well. 
  • Well organized, responsible and dedicated, with the ability to work on multiple projects and deliver refined design in a short time. 
  • Self-learning, able to learn new tools quickly and work in a fast-evolving environment. 
  • Highly skilled in leading a team of creatives. 
  • Strong creative vision with attention to business objectives.

 

Requirements: 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing & Communications or a related field  2+ years of experience as a UI designer, interaction designer, graphic designer, or similar role
  • A portfolio demonstrating experience creating great user-centered designs
  • Experience across a range of visual design skills like animation, iconography production,  illustration, logo creation, branding, and interaction design
  • Experience with a variety of design and prototyping tools such as Figma (preferred) Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Invision, etc
  • Some level of basic experience or exposure working with email builder softwares that do not require coding/programming to publish emails (eg VEEVA BEE editor, KNAK, CANVA, Stripo etc)
  • Familiarity with pharma/health technology is a plus. 
    - Soft skills - ability to effectively communicate with proactive discussions on the brief and able to confidently make recommendations. Build a positive rapport with stakeholders so build strong relationships
  • Experience creating production specs/assets, working directly with developers for implementation of designs a plus
  • Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines  
  • Ability to communicate effectively, has natural project management and critical thinking skills along with cultural awareness to deliver successful global production supported by a multi-cultural team.
  • Working with local brand and cross-functional teams to provide day-to-day support for content production services. May be required to engage with other global teams for acquiring global assets for localization for AU and NZ
  • May participate in meetings to help identify potential projects for the brand
  • Experience  to program emails in html (given copy/layout) or assemble emails using Knak - https://knak.com/ as a primary tool. This will involve the use of proprietary AZ tools for which training will be provided position, minimum 3 days in office)
