At CoachHub, we are shaping the future of AI-driven coaching. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a Director of GTM Strategy & Analytics to lead and optimize our GTM strategy, drive, and support executive decision-making.

The Role

Reporting to the  VP, Revenue Operations, the Director, GTM Strategy & Analytics will be overseeing day-to-day execution while also preparing and, at times, attending Board Meetings to provide strategic insights. You will lead a team of four direct reports and will work cross-functionally with leaders across Revenue, Finance, and Product. 

This is a leadership role in charge of a team of individual contributors. Our primary focus is to improve our customer journey, engagement and retention. We are passionate about how Revenue Operations help the Revenue org be more strategic and efficient. The ideal candidate should be highly analytical, have a good understanding of business processes and sales compensation strategies for a fast paced and high growth company.  We're looking for a detail oriented self-starter who enjoys working on a wide variety of projects, is able to interact with users from all levels of the company, is agile and can adapt quickly to shifting priorities, and is able to provide sound business insight for building operational excellence.

Your responsibilities will span sales and revenue analytics, forecasting, compensation planning, process optimization, and strategic planning—all with a global lens, with a strong focus on EMEA and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead GTM Strategy : Own the end-to-end GTM operational framework, ensuring efficiency and scalability.

  • Board & Executive Readiness: Prepare data-driven insights, reports, and strategic recommendations for Board and leadership meetings

  • Compensation & Incentives: Design and manage sales and revenue team compensation plans, aligning them with company goals

  • Analytics & Forecasting: Drive revenue analytics, sales forecasting, and operational reporting to optimize decision-making.

  • Leadership & Cross-Functional Influence: Manage a team of four while working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and the Chief Revenue Officer.

  • Manage reporting and analytics: sales pipeline, sales force effectiveness metrics; bookings data, key performance metrics, dashboards, sales org. chart/headcount reports etc.

  • Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis.

  • Manage territory planning, design, and optimization.

What you Bring

  • Experience in EMEA & Global GTM Operations (EMEA focus is a must, global exposure is a plus).

  • Proven leadership in GTM or Revenue Operations, ideally experience with Big 4 consulting experience.

  • Strong analytical & strategic skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • MBA preferred, and/or equivalent experience in high-growth Scale-up B2B SaaS environments.

  • Executive presence, comfortable working at the highest levels of the organization and working with Revenue & Executive stakeholders. 

  • Strong problem solving, strategic, analytical and process-oriented leader with a track record of providing effective deliverables and sound business acumen.
