WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Senior Business Analyst, Oracle Cloud
The primary purpose and function of the Senior Business Enterprise Systems is to gather business requirements, design solutions, and implement the solution in production for both Oracle ERP and EPM instances. This position will also provide customer and product support, working on multiple modules in Oracle Cloud that support Accounting, Finance, and Supply Chain Teams.
This is a full-time, remote position.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Collaborate with and work alongside other IT and business areas to ensure properly configured and maintained ERP and EPM systems.
Prepare functional specifications to pass to Oracle Developers to prepare integrations and reports by analyzing and summarizing information and trends.
Leverage knowledge of the business to drive better implementation of current and future projects for systems processes and process improvements outside of the system.
Interact regularly with existing or potential stakeholders and users to determine their needs and to develop plans for improving delivery. Advocate on behalf of stakeholders and represent clients' needs as appropriate to senior management.
Achieve objectives by working cross-functionally and collaboratively. Contribute information and recommendations to inform strategic plans.
WHAT YOU BRING
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Business Management or equivalent job related experience/training.
7+ years of experience with an Oracle ERP, or equivalent.
Proven ability to follow through with positive impactful resolution.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively listen and communicate information in a clear, calm, and concise manner.
Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to work independently, multi-task, and adapt to a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
Excellent writing skills with great attention to detail.
Must be team-oriented, possess a positive attitude and work well with others.
Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow personally.
Excellent computer skills; experience using email, instant message, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint, as well as the ability to learn how to navigate unfamiliar systems or programs quickly.
Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
Oracle Cloud Certification preferred

Pay range (US based applicants): $119,872 - $150,000 (annualized)
Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to job-related skills, experience, certifications, relevant education and training, while also considering internal equity.
