Our Opportunity:

We are looking for a skilled Billing Analyst to join our Billing Team and take care of the company's billing operations. You will ensure timely and accurate billing of our customers٫ guaranteeing our revenue.

A successful candidate should be highly responsible and keep close attention to detail. We also expect you to be a good team player and able to meet tight deadlines.

Location: Based out of Bogota, Columbia

You will make an impact by being responsible for:

Issuing and sending invoices
Cooperating with other teams to ensure billing accuracy
Helping customers in case of complaints and questions
Managing customer account reconciliations
Participating in monthly and quarterly audits and clean ups
Detecting and resolving errors in billing operations and other related problems
Knowledge of local country Billing compliance requirements

You will be a great fit if you have:

3+ years' experience of working on a Billing Analyst or similar accounting position
Good practical experience with working on Financial ERP systems.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office٫ particularly especially Excel
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Good organizational and time-management skills
Responsibility٫ close attention to detail٫ ability to meet tight deadlines
Graduate or any Accounting Graduation.
