Key responsibilities for this role include:

• Building strong collaborative partnerships with the IT Project and Portfolio Management teams and IT Finance.

• Facilitating discussions with stakeholders to understand and document requirements for report development and updates to existing reports to improve the IT dashboards in PowerBI.

• Managing report requests and keeping stakeholders updated on progress.

• Supporting process improvement efforts.

• Build a project plan and deliver to that plan to support an IT portfolio area to improve project content in the project management tool to improve financial forecasts and visibility of project health, develop processes and a reporting package that can be leveraged and used by the team.

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

• The successful candidate will have preferably completed a minimum of their bachelor’s third year or master’s first year and be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university in MIS, Project Management, MBA, Business Management, or a related field of study. A minimum 3.0 GPA is preferred; however, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (SharePoint, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

• Advanced level of English is a must for this role.

• Academic level experience with SQL and report writing tools such as PowerBI (preferred) or Tableau.

• General understanding of project management principles and methodologies.

• Good written and oral communication skills, interaction with colleagues and teams.

• Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

• Working knowledge of creating swim lane diagrams and process flows using Visio.

• Ability to work remotely and hold self-accountable to completing daily assignments on time.

• Advanced level of Excel skills.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Power BI certification a strong benefit.

• Project Management Certificate a strong benefit.

• Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English is required.

The salary range for this position is:  if pursuing Bachelor's degree = $20/hour, if pursuing Master's degree = $25/hour, if pursuing Doctorate degree = $30/hour.
