The Role

As a Modern Work (M365) Practice Lead, you’ll be responsible for:

Ensuring that practice growth and P&L targets are met.
Creating and executing on a practice vision.
Overseeing technical delivery to ensure the overall quality of solutions developed.
Pre-sales efforts, including client meetings, presentations, estimating new projects, and webinars.
Providing technical guidance and mentorship to the team.
Adding new offerings to the Elantis’ Service Catalog.

In this role, here are some of the skills we’re looking for:

Experience in migrating Enterprise Content Management systems such as SharePoint, Drupal, M-Files and OpenText to Microsoft 365
Experience with Records Management in Microsoft 365, including Purview and third-party solutions
Experience developing and modifying PowerShell scripts and an understanding of CSS, C# and .NET.
Experience with Microsoft Copilot and Syntex
Able to work with project managers and technical teams to complete projects on time and on budget.
Minimum of five years of project delivery experience.
Experience managing teams.
Experience in consulting roles with multiple concurrent clients.
Articulate, excellent communication skills.
Able to confidently advise clients on solutions.
Proactive and driven.
Strong problem solving and critical thinking ability.
Skilled at coaching and mentoring a team.
