We are seeking a leader in all things Partner (Channel) Sales, specific to managing a team that serves in the capacity of supporting partners in a Tiered Partner Model of Emerging Partners. This leader will understand industry-specific needs to drive results; including identifying new routes to market and closely collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Product, and R&D teams, bringing best practices to our North America Partner organization.
Your Day to Day
As a Manager, Emerging Partner Sales you would be working on:
Leading a Team of Territory Partner Managers to achieve Pipeline and Bookings goals
Defining the ideal Emerging Partner Profile to guide new partner recruitment and activation
Increasing revenue by recruiting, training, and supporting the ideal Emerging Partners, within a co-sell motion
Assessing the existing Partner Portfolio and making changes to drive revenue as needed
Collaborating with Marketing, Product and R&D to improve current solution functionality and drive new innovation
Coach, Develop and Mentor the Territory Partner Manager for career development and growth
What We’re Looking For
As a Manager, Emerging Partner Sales your background will look like:
Proven record of working inside a Partner ecosystems for SaaS products aimed at business to business sales in the UCaaS and CCaaS space
2+ years' of experience leading a team of Sales and/or Partner Managers who exceed revenue goals, preferably in the UCaaS and/or CCaaS space
2+ years' experience leading and developing new go to market strategies with SaaS products in the UCaaS and CCaaS space
Experience with pipeline creation activities to gain broader partner mindshare
