CommBank is searching for UOW students who will join us for a job but stay with us for a career! As a Customer Service Representative within our contact centre, you’ll be the friendly voice our customers hear when they call us. You will assist customers manage their day-to-day banking across a range of products and empathetically provide extra care to customers facing challenges meeting financial commitments. You will work across a diverse breadth of enquiries, including:
· Concierge and welcome calls
· Missed payments and early-intervention collections
· Simple customer service enquiries

We currently have Casual positions available, with hours spanning across 7 days a week, from Monday to Sunday, 8am to 8pm. This is a hybrid position giving you the flexibility to work from home and office.

Hours
To be considered for this role you must have the following availability:
· Provide a minimum of 10 hours availability
· You must be available to work from the office once per fortnight (more during training) there is a CBA office on UOW Campus.
· Outside of this, we’ll do our best to accommodate your work preferences & availability
Training
· Mandatory Training will commence on the 5th of May for 5 weeks.
· The training schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 9am – 2pm.
· Please note, we cannot provide any time off during the training period, you will need to work the training schedule around your Uni timetable.
· Throughout your training you will be fully supported with dedicated leadership and a progressive learning model. As you master your role, you’ll have the opportunity to learn new skills, and progress in your career.
Eligibility
· You are 18 years or older
· You are a permanent resident of Australia, or citizen of Australia or New Zealand.
· You live in or near Wollongong and attend the main UOW Campus.
