Data analytics extracts meaning from data using specialized computer systems to transform, organize, and model the data to draw conclusions and identify patterns.

Actionable items and information used to inform strategic business decisions, business growth and performance optimization.

Typical Capabilities
Scope: Responsible for a large team or department and sets the strategy. Significantly impacts the results of one or more disciplines.
Problem Solving: Utilizes expertise and in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives to understand complex issues and implications, taking into consideration multiple perspectives and future implications to determine solutions. Has the ability to process non-routine information and convey complex information across diverse stakeholders/audiences.
Leadership: Accountable for departmental results that will impact the entire function. Leadership responsibility includes exit decisions and budgetary accountability. Responsible for performance management, pay and resourcing decisions for direct reports.

Education Requirement
Bachelor’s degree required in the relevant or a related field, or any acceptable combination of education and experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in the relevant or a related field.
