Merative Cúram provides a deep portfolio of offerings which help government agencies improve health and human services value and have a meaningful impact on people’s lives through the power of cognitive insights. Client Solution Professionals play a key role in helping potential clients to understand the value our offerings can bring by gaining a deep understanding of the requirements of those clients and showing how the various solutions within the Cúram portfolio can help be used to meet those requirements. Client Solution Professionals assist the sales teams by bring their deep subject matter and solution expertise to bear in delivering engaging presentations and demonstrations of our solutions, and by helping to shape the overall direction and content of formal proposals in response to RFPs and RFIs.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Provide leadership and expertise in Cúram offerings and solutions to sellers and partners in the development of written responses, solution fitgaps, presentations and demonstrations as part of the proposal lifecycle and sales pursuit process
  • Assist Sellers in qualifying opportunities during the early phases of the sales cycle
  • Articulate the value of our Cúram offerings to Sellers, Partners and Customers and effectively differentiate our offerings from the competition
  • Build a high level of trust and confidence with Sellers, Partners and Customers in relation to your knowledge of the business issues at hand and how our proposed offerings can help solve them
  • Lead solution response development, in regards to Cúram offerings, working closely with Capture and Proposal Development team members
  • Design and deliver demonstrations of Cúram solutions to meet client and account requirements and requests, typically as part of team
  • Build, maintain and provide expertise in Government industry, with a special focus on Social and Health Programs.

Required Professional and Technical Expertise:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of at least one of the Cúram offerings, allied with a higher-level knowledge of all offerings within the Cúram portfolio
  • Demonstrate Industry expertise around Health and Human Services programs
  • Effective speaking, presentation and writing skills and experience
  • Comfortable delivering live presentations and demonstrations in front of large audiences of varying roles and degrees of industry and technical expertise
  • Ability to communicate effectively and professionally to both technical and non-technical audiences, in order to differentiate Cúram offerings
  • Proven experience in delivering customized presentations and demonstrations of product offerings, aligned with customer needs and requirements
  • Ability to support deep-dive solution discussions with customers and partners
  • Working understanding of technologies and technical concepts used in Cúram offerings.

Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise:

  • Training or Certification in Cúram Solutions
  • Deep industry experience across multiple social and health programs
  • Software development or delivery experience to government agencies
  • Understanding of technologies underlying government solutions, such as cloud, containerization, JEE enterprise systems and relational databases
  • Experience or proficiency in deploying Cúram solutions in local runtime environments

Required Education: Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Education: Master's Degree
