About The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and highly collaborative leader to support Panasonic Well as a Senior Community Manager via our preferred staffing partner, Insight Global. This is a 6 month contract position. In this role, you will be responsible for the strategic vision and execution of expanding and managing a community of innovative and collaborative business partners (including Fortune 500 brands, startups, nonprofits, and mid-sized companies). Your goal will be to build, engage, sustain, and reward this community in ways that drive value for our community and the company. You will report to our Head of Business and Corporate Development and work closely with cross-functional teams, including brand, marketing, product development, and customer success to ensure shared success across the business.
What You’ll Get To Do:
- Community Strategy & Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for growing and nurturing both the partner community, ensuring alignment with Panasonic Well broader mission and goals.
- Partner Engagement: Build and manage relationships with a diverse range of innovative and collaborative partners, including large consumer brands, nonprofits, startups, and mid-sized companies. Drive community initiatives that enable business partners to share insights, co-create solutions, and test symbiotic products with consumers.
- Individual Community Engagement: Curate and manage a community of engaged individuals and families who are passionate about providing consumer insights and testing new products. Develop strategies to keep this group motivated, involved, and growing.
- Data-Driven Insights: Work closely with the data, product, strategy, and innovation teams to track community health, engagement metrics, and feedback. Use these insights to inform strategy and optimize the overall community experience.
- Content Strategy Creation & Communication: Craft and lead communication efforts to ensure clear, consistent messaging across all community channels. Partner with Marketing and Creative teams to develop content, newsletters, and campaigns.
- Collaborative & Cross-Functional Leadership and product influence: Partner with marketing, product development, customer success teams, strategy, and innovation teams to ensure the community’s needs and feedback are integrated into product development and marketing strategies. Serve as the internal champion for community-driven initiatives.
- Community Growth & Retention: Identify opportunities to expand the community, improve retention, and ensure high levels of engagement. Develop and execute strategies to attract new partners to the community while maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing members.
- Event Planning & Management: Organize and lead virtual or in-person events such as webinars, networking events, product testing sessions, and community-building activities to foster stronger engagement and collaboration.
- Advocacy & Brand Ambassadorship: Serve as the face and advocate of the Panasonic Well community, promoting the value of community-driven insights and fostering a sense of belonging among all members.
What You’ll Bring:
- 7+ years of experience in community management, customer success, or partnership development, ideally within a B2B environment.
- Proven experience managing diverse, multi-faceted communities, including both business partners and individual consumers.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire various stakeholder groups.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze community engagement metrics and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Experience in the consumer insights, product testing, or market research industries is a plus.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail and strategic focus.

Local (Bay Area) employees and contractors are expected to come into the office on Mondays & Wednesdays and this role may require in-office participation other days of the week. Fully remote (Work From Home) employment may be available for select positions.
