 As a Junior SuccessFactors Time Management Consultant, you will help implement, configure, and support the SAP SuccessFactors Time Management module, enhancing clients' HR processes, especially in time tracking. Your expertise in SuccessFactors and HR best practices will contribute to the success of client projects and HR transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

· Work independently and with diverse teams to deliver SAP HCM solutions.

· Analyze requirements, design solutions, configure, implement, and troubleshoot Employee Central Time functions such as time tracking, absence management, scheduling, and labor activities.

· Guide customers both on-site and remotely using SAP Best Practices.

· Lead requirement gathering workshops and training sessions.

· Assist stakeholders in their digital transformation with SAP solutions.

· Perform feasibility studies and solution reviews.

What You Bring:

· 1+ years of experience in implementing and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Time Management.

· Base knowledge of SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Time Off, Time Tracking, Time Sheet).

· Familiarity with SAP HCM on-premise solutions (preferred).

· SuccessFactors Time Management certification (optional).

· Experience with SAP Cloud methodologies (Activate).

· Understanding of HR business processes.

· Excellent communication skills.

· Knowledge of SF Integration and EC Payroll is a plus.
