Job Title: Legal Intake - Receptionist
Location:
Remote (PST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 1000 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (PST)

Position Overview:


We are looking for a Legal Intake - Receptionist to manage incoming calls and online inquiries, ensuring that potential clients are properly vetted and directed to the appropriate legal team. The ideal candidate has exceptional verbal communication skills, a strong ability to assess and qualify leads, and a proactive approach to handling client interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer all incoming calls and qualify potential clients (90% of calls are new client inquiries).
  • Route non-client calls to the appropriate team members.
  • Monitor online lead sources and inbound web queries, ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Provide a professional, warm, and efficient client experience.


Qualifications:

  • Fluent English with minimal accent (highly important for clear communication).
  • Must speak Spanish (bilingual proficiency required).
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • High-energy, go-getter personality with the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to assess and qualify potential clients based on firm criteria.
  • Basic tech proficiency (training provided for specific software).


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or legal intake roles.
  • Familiarity with legal terminology or client intake processes.
