What You’ll Do:
  • Develop and execute a strategic transformation roadmap aligned with business objectives and market dynamics.
  • Lead the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) and oversee high-impact programs.
  • Implement and manage project governance, risk management, and capital planning to ensure successful execution.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across the organization.
  • Conduct cost-benefit and ROI analyses, collaborating with IT, finance, and operational teams.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure transformation success.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing team, ensuring professional growth and leadership development.
  • Collaborate with external vendors, partners, and clients, managing contracts and negotiations.
What You’ll Bring:
  • 14+ years of experience in transformational leadership, change management, or project management within the healthcare or health insurance industry.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (Graduate degree preferred).
  • Certifications in PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or Change Management are highly desirable.
  • Experience working in a private equity-backed organization and navigating complex business landscapes.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, industry trends, and market dynamics.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation initiatives and delivering results.
  • Expertise in financial analysis, contract negotiations, and vendor management.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Compensation

In the spirit of pay transparency, the base salary range for this position is $200,000 - $280,000, not including fringe benefits or potential bonuses. At Liberty, your final base salary will be determined by factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and experience. We are committed to pay equity and also consider the internal equity of our current team members when making final compensation decisions.

Please note that the range listed represents the full base salary range for this role. Typically, offers are not made at the top of the range to allow for future salary growth.
