We’re looking for a Senior Manager, PR & Communications to lead our external and internal communications practice.
As our Senior communications leader, you will collaborate closely with our C-team and external agencies to build communications strategies that support the overall goals of the business and build awareness and trust. Working cross-functionally, you have a knack for knowing what drives interest across mainstream and emerging media, industry trade, and category influencers to create stories that capture consumer attention. In addition to leading external communications, you’re a culture expert partnering closely with our People team to enhance internal employee communications.

Greenlight provides a competitive compensation package with a market-based approach to pay and will vary depending on your location, experience and skill set. The total compensation package for this position will also include a discretionary performance bonus, equity rewards, medical benefits, 401K match, and more. Greenlight conducts continuous compensation evaluations across departments and geographies to ensure we are keeping our pay current and competitive.
The estimated base pay range for this position in (NY, CA, WA): $120,000-170,000
The estimated base pay range for this position in (CO): $120,000-150,000
