As a Senior IT Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security, reliability, and efficiency of our IT infrastructure. You’ll oversee compliance programs, monitor security risks, manage SaaS tools, and support our growing team with IT solutions that scale. You’ll be a key partner in safeguarding our data, optimizing systems, and ensuring a seamless IT experience for employees.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll work across security, compliance, IT operations, and procurement—making a direct contribution to our operational excellence. What you'll do:Security & ComplianceOversee and manage SOC 2 & ISO 27001 compliance programs. Monitor for security threats, vulnerabilities, and breaches ensuring proactive risk mitigation. Respond to security audits and customer security questionnairesIT Infrastructure & System Administration:
Implement updates, patches, and software upgrades in a structured, controlled manner. Manage user access controls, including onboarding, offboarding, and permission reviews Plan and oversee data backups and disaster recovery strategies Ensure systems are resilient against downtime, cyber threats, and performance issuesSaaS & IT Asset Management:
Manage and optimize SaaS tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Notion, etc.). Evaluate, procure, and negotiate SaaS & IT service contracts Maintain an inventory of IT assets, licenses, and access controlsCollaboration & Support
Work closely with Engineering, Security, and Compliance teams to ensure IT policies align with business needs.
