We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Talent Sourcer to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll be the key to finding and engaging highly skilled talent who align with our values and drive our company forward. You’ll leverage cutting-edge sourcing techniques, build relationships with passive candidates, and build strong relationships with our team of Talent Partners.
This is a 3-month contract with the opportunity to extend.
What You'll Be Doing:
Use your creativity to find diverse and high-quality talent across various platforms and networks
Build a pipeline of candidates through strategic sourcing, outreach, and relationship-building
Partner with Talent Partners to understand hiring needs and ensure the right candidates are identified
Conduct market research and explore out-of-the-box/creative avenues for finding top technical talent
Reaching out to a steady stream of candidates every day. This means you'll have multiple opportunities to A/B test different outreach messages & strategies, in service of optimizing your positive response rate
Owning a portion of our inbound funnel of applicants, and finding a way to source and increase referrals from our current employees
Communicating with candidates quickly and booking them in for screening calls with our Talent Partners
Experimenting with new ideas, trends, or processes when the data indicates it might be time for a change
Moving at a fast pace in a high-growth environment and identifying people who would thrive in this setting
Advocating for Relay, sharing our employer brand out in the market, attracting exceptional talent, and building a compelling culture
Who You Are:
You have 3-5 years of technical sourcing experience in a fast-paced tech environment and are open to a 3-month, full time, contract opportunity
You are resilient and persistent -- you're not afraid to hear "no thank you"
You have a flair for creative writing -- you know how to craft an outstanding outreach message and sell candidates on an exciting opportunity
You are comfortable with ambiguity and consider yourself adaptable -- we are growing fast and with this comes constant change, even mid-search

The expected compensation for this position is $45-50 per hour.
