RER Solutions, Inc., is accepting resumes for a Data Analyst to become a part of our superior workforce in the Washington, DC area. The Data Analyst will support The Division of Inclusivity, Culture, and Equity (DICE)’s Office of Data Analytics (ODA) in analyzing and managing data, developing metrics and benchmarks, and providing insights and recommendations.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Data collection, entry, organization, analysis, and research for various deliverables
  • Contribute to the development of presentations, reports, surveys, systems, and tools for DICE’s review and approval
  • Support employees to summarize information from various sources for different types and levels of consumption, as well as perform validation checks
  • Assist with data governance and management concerning various matters including regulatory requirements, workforce, finance, procurement, operations, and supervision
  • Gather, summarize, and verify information used to populate reports or other deliverables
  • Assure the confidentiality of highly sensitive data/information for any work performed
Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of US Citizenship is required to obtain client issued Public Trust
  • 1+ years of professional experience serving the private or public sector as a data analyst
  • Ability to adapt to change quickly and effectively
  • Able to work independently to prioritize work as well as collaborate as a team member
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and an understanding of fundamental business writing
  • Experience with SharePoint lists and surveys
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel (Vlookup, Pivot Tables, and Charts)
  • Knowledge of Tableau, SAS, SQL, Oracle, or other analytic and visualization tools or programming languages
  • Experience data cleansing, data validation, reconciling multiple data sources, and compiling data from various sources
  • Research to support narrative writing and metrics and data in a variety of forms
  • Designing charts and graphs for a marketing context
  • Project management 
  • Writing for executive-level audiences and analytical report writing for the Federal government


EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related majors
