Job Vision: We are searching for a dedicated, experienced, energetic individual to join our expanding team in Information Technology with New Wave Group North America (NWGNA). This position will be fully remote to support East & West Coast operations in both the USA and Canada. Candidates must be based and work remotely in one of the following approved states: Arizona, Delaware, Illinois, Indiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, Mississippi, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, or Texas. Day shift schedule, M-F. Weekend and afterhours work participation, as needed, to execute business projects.
International travel is required for this role with travel to Europe within the first 2-3 weeks of hire for technical onboarding with IT Team members in Europe. At least annual international travel is required for this position. Candidates must be able to travel internationally without restrictions.
Our Location:
This role will be fully remote, work from home, while supporting business operations for NWGNA companies across the USA and Canada. The role will collaborate with fellow IT Team members located in Europe as part of the Cloud Engineering Team.

In this role you will join a team in designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud-based infrastructure to support our business applications and services. You’ll have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies, solve complex challenges, and contribute to our company’s success by ensuring our cloud systems are robust, scalable, and secure.
