This is a remote position.

Responsibilities:

Create and manage content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
Develop engaging TikTok reels to showcase properties and experiences
Write creative, error-free content tailored to specific locations
Design and contribute to app development projects
Tag pictures appropriately to increase visibility
Monitor and respond to comments, fostering community engagement
Focus on organic content creation and growth strategies

Proven experience in social media management for hospitality or related industries
Excellent writing skills with a keen eye for detail and error-free content
Proficiency in content creation tools and social media platforms
Creative mindset with the ability to tailor content to different locations and audiences
Basic understanding of app design principles
Strong communication skills for engaging with followers and team members

Scope:

Manage social media presence across multiple properties and locations
Develop and implement content calendars for various platforms
Increase follower engagement and growth through organic strategies
Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall business goals
Provide regular reports on social media performance and insights
Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Pacific with an hour unpaid break
