Job Description for Social Media Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage content for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
  • Develop engaging TikTok reels to showcase properties and experiences
  • Write creative, error-free content tailored to specific locations
  • Design and contribute to app development projects
  • Tag pictures appropriately to increase visibility
  • Monitor and respond to comments, fostering community engagement
  • Focus on organic content creation and growth strategies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in social media management for hospitality or related industries
  • Excellent writing skills with a keen eye for detail and error-free content
  • Proficiency in content creation tools and social media platforms
  • Creative mindset with the ability to tailor content to different locations and audiences
  • Basic understanding of app design principles
  • Strong communication skills for engaging with followers and team members

Scope:

  • Manage social media presence across multiple properties and locations
  • Develop and implement content calendars for various platforms
  • Increase follower engagement and growth through organic strategies
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall business goals
  • Provide regular reports on social media performance and insights
  • Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Pacific with an hour unpaid break
