HOW IT WORKS

In our 24-month program, you will join a team of emerging professionals and participate in multiple rotational assignments across the country. Each rotation is designed to deepen your understanding of hospital operations and the critical aspects of patient flow, particularly in mental health, and how these impact continuity of care when patients move from inpatient settings to outpatient environments. After completing each rotation, your next assignment will be determined by current business needs, with the goal of eventually earning a permanent territory placement at Otsuka Precision Health.

All applicants must be committed to up to 24 months of travel rotations nationwide.

What’s Your Ultimate Goal?

Your goal is to earn a permanent placement as an Associate Patient Experience Liaison within a key territory at Otsuka Precision Health.

In this role, you will:

·        Collaborate with your Regional Patient Lead and the broader Otsuka field team.

·        Demonstrate excellence by optimizing patient transitions and continuity of care.

·        Build and maintain professional relationships with internal teams and local care sites.

·        Leverage your hospital experience and understanding of patient flow, especially in mental health settings, to improve patient continuity of therapy.

·        Improve the patients experience as they transition from inpatient care to outpatient clinical settings.

Permanent placement is earned through demonstrated success, collaboration, and a commitment to improving the patient experience.

What You Need to Have

Education:

·        A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university (or equivalent if education was obtained outside of the United States).

Experience & Skills:

·        Preferred hospital experience with an understanding of patient flow, particularly within local mental health ecosystems.

·        Preferred 2-5 years of post-college work experience in healthcare.

·        Preferred 0-2 years of industry experience (pharma, devices, etc.).

·        Strong computer skills; excellent time management, organizational, and planning abilities.

·        A demonstrated ability to establish and build relationships.

·        Strategic thinking skills to identify and deliver solutions that meet customer needs.

·        A natural curiosity and problem-solving ability to anticipate and address evolving challenges.

·        Flexibility in personal and leadership behaviors based on situational needs.

·        A strong sense of self-motivation and drive to succeed.

·        Humility, transparency, and credibility in communication and actions that align with ReadyNow standards.

·        Effective communication skills across various mediums, including email, face-to-face interactions, and virtual platforms.

·        High proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

·        A valid Driver’s License and a good driving record in accordance with Otsuka policy.

Minimum $93,266.00 - Maximum $133,430.00, plus incentive opportunity: The range shown represents a typical pay range or starting salary for candidates hired to perform the work. Other elements may be used to determine actual salary such as the candidate’s job experience, specific skills, and comparison to internal incumbents currently in role.
