Job description

Our client, a company dedicated to helping individuals build successful speaking businesses, is seeking a Growth Marketing Coordinator to support marketing efforts through data analysis, campaign execution, and content creation. This role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to track and interpret marketing data, and the execution skills to drive marketing KPIs.

The ideal candidate is highly proficient in data analysis, comfortable making recommendations based on insights, and able to implement those strategies across marketing campaigns. While experience in digital marketing platforms is a plus, the most important qualifications are a data-driven mindset, problem-solving ability, and strong execution skills.

This is a full-time role with quarterly commission opportunities, reporting to the Director of Marketing.

Location: Fully Remote (Work from Home)

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Data Analysis & Optimization

  • Analyze marketing data from various sources (social media, email, paid ads, website performance) to track key metrics.

  • Identify trends, patterns, and insights to optimize marketing strategies and drive business decisions.

  • Run A/B tests and assess campaign effectiveness based on performance data.

Marketing Campaign Execution

  • Support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across various channels.

  • Create and manage email campaigns to attract and engage leads.

  • Ensure marketing initiatives align with sales objectives, maintaining a steady pipeline of opportunities.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Monitor key marketing KPIs and create reports to provide leadership with data-driven recommendations.

  • Manage marketing dashboards to ensure real-time visibility into conversion rates, engagement metrics, and campaign ROI.

  • Track enrollment adviser performance metrics and ensure lead generation efforts align with sales team needs.

Content & Outreach Coordination

  • Assist in content creation for blogs, social media, and promotional materials.

  • Manage the marketing calendar to ensure campaigns are launched on schedule.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for growth.

Collaboration & Project Management

  • Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, leadership) to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.

  • Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and external partners for campaign execution and tracking.

  • Assist with event planning, webinars, and promotional activities as needed.

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Insights from marketing data are used to improve campaign performance.

  • Consistent Marketing Execution: Campaigns are launched and managed efficiently, with a strong focus on KPIs.

  • Sales & Marketing Alignment: Marketing efforts directly support lead generation and enrollment growth.

  • Clear Reporting & Insights: Performance metrics are tracked and shared effectively with leadership.

  • Strong Project Management: Marketing initiatives are executed on time, without delays or gaps.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and experience in data-driven decision-making.

  • Ability to analyze marketing data and communicate actionable insights.

  • Experience with digital marketing concepts (SEO, PPC, content marketing, social media).

  • Project management skills—ability to track multiple initiatives and execute marketing efforts efficiently.

  • Proficiency in marketing platforms like HubSpot, Google Analytics, Canva, Mailchimp, or similar tools.

  • Excellent communication skills—comfortable presenting insights and working with cross-functional teams.

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to execute strategies and deliver measurable outcomes.

  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Have (But Not Required):
  • Experience in marketing for online education, coaching, or consulting businesses.

  • Knowledge of basic SEO principles and best practices.

  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM tools.
