Job description

Our client is a leading SaaS provider in the Medspa industry, helping aesthetic businesses scale through cutting-edge marketing solutions. We are seeking a Paid Ads Creative Manager to lead our Meta Ads team, drive high-performing creative strategies, and manage A/B testing at scale.

Role Overview:

The Paid Ads Creative Manager will be responsible for leading creative strategy and execution for Meta Ads campaigns. This role requires a proactive, self-sufficient leader who can independently define creative briefs, delegate tasks to junior designers, and oversee A/B testing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ad design, video editing, and conversion optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the Lead Creative for the Meta Ads team, overseeing the conceptualization and execution of high-performing ad creatives.

  • Develop and refine detailed creative briefs to guide junior designers in producing scalable and effective A/B test variations.

  • Design Meta ad creatives (static and video formats) for A/B testing and campaign optimization.

  • Create and test basic video ads to improve engagement and conversions.

  • Ensure that all creatives align with luxury, high-end aesthetics and minimalist, natural beauty styles to resonate with Medspa audiences.

  • Collaborate with media buyers, marketing strategists, and design teams to optimize campaign performance.

  • Develop scalable templates that can be adapted across 200+ Medspa locations while maintaining a personalized and unique feel.

  • Analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPC, conversion rates, ROAS) and refine ad creatives based on data insights.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Meta’s advertising policies and best practices to ensure compliance and effectiveness.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • 3+ years of experience in Meta Ads creative strategy, graphic design, or performance marketing.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar tools.

  • Strong ability to create high-converting ad creatives, including static images and short-form videos.

  • Experience with A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

  • Strong understanding of Meta Ads algorithms and creative best practices.

  • Excellent eye for high-end aesthetics, brand consistency, and ad personalization.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to provide clear feedback to designers and team members.

  • Experience in the US market and Medspa industry is a plus.
