Job Title: Corporate Strategy Consultant (Texas Region)

Job type: Part-Time 10-20 hours/week

Location: Remote

Intended Start Date: ASAP

Your Role:

Think Academy U.S. is seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Consultant to drive growth in the public school, private school, and educational institution sectors across Texas. The ideal candidate will establish partnerships, develop new business opportunities, and leverage their network to engage with PTA organizations, school staff, and devision-makers in the education sector. 

As a Business Development Consultant your responsibilities include:

  • Business Development and Sales:
    • Develop and implement strategies to expand business within public and private schools, as well as educational institutions in Texas.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with school administrators, PTA leaders, and key-decision makers.
    • Identify and pursue new opportunities for collaboration, sponsorships, and educational service offerings.
    • Conduct market research to understand school district policies, funding sources, and trends in K-21 education.
  • Partnership and Networking:
    • Establish partnerships with PTAs, school staff, and educational organizations to enhance business outreach.
    • Represent Think Academy at school events, district meetings, and education-related.
    • Collaborate with school HR departments to explore staff training, resource sharing, and educational program implementation.
    • Work with local government and educational boards to stay informed on policy changes and funding opportunities. 
  • Strategic Planning and Execution:
    • Develop proposals, presentations, and marketing strategies to attract educational clients. 
    • Monitor and track partnership performance, ensuring measurable growth and engagement.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product development, etc.) to tailor offerings that align with school needs.
    • Ensure compliance with Texas education regulations and school district procurement policies. 

Work Hours:

  • Tuesday - Friday
  • 10am-3pm PST

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous business consulting experience in the education industry is highly desired.
  • Strong verbal and written communicator who is friendly, attentive, and skilled at understanding business needs.
  • Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced, and dynamic environment.
  • Existing connections from Texas PTAs to school districts and anything in between!
